What is the cost to the teen defendant, and how do they pay for their youth sentence?

PDF Print E-mail

Youth (or their parents) pay the $20 cost of the individual life-success Programs you sentence them to complete.

Courts and parents should insist that the YOUTH cover the cost - with their savings, earnings, allowance, or by doing chores for their parents.

We also offer printed versions of all three programs, and we'll mail workbooks to defendants if they don't have internet access to use the online versions.

To sign up pay, parents and youth click the "Teen Sign-Up" link on any web page.  After paying, they immediately get a password to login and get started. We accept credit cards or debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.  (The "Teen Sign Up" page also includes a mail-in form, in case credit card payment is not an option.)

Some courts choose to purchase a block of passwords to provide parents and defendants who may be experiencing economic hardship, and for this we offer courts discounted prices 35% below the per-user price.  Or, some courts have some parents/teens pay, and provide passwords for youth with economic need.

All this is also described in the sentencing materials we provide your court.
