For teens with financial need that can't pay the $20 fee, some courts purchase blocks of passwords and provide those at no (or reduced) cost.  Here's what's available and the discount rate for the blocks:

100 passwords:  $1300 ($13 per user, 35% off)

50 passwords:  $750 ($15 per user, 25% off)

25 passwords:  $400 ($16 per user, 20% off)

10 passwords:  $175 ($18 per user, 10% off)

All passwords provide access to all three online programs, Peak Discovery, Peak Choices, and Peak Workplace. 

And the Community Service Module is always free.
